Definitions <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list ng-star-inserted\">\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Client<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\"> \u2013 a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Service\/Product<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\"> \u2013 a personalized musical work, song, lyrics, or other audio form prepared based on the Client&#8217;s guidelines.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Order<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\"> \u2013 a declaration of the Client&#8217;s will aimed at concluding a contract for specific work\/provision of services, specifying the type and parameters of the work.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a73. Placing and fulfilling orders <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list ng-star-inserted\">\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Orders can be placed via the website form, email, or WhatsApp messenger as provided in the contact details.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">To fulfill the order, the Client is required to provide detailed guidelines (e.g., musical style, lyrical theme, names, dedications, song length).<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">After details are agreed upon and the order is paid for, the Seller proceeds with the Service.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The order fulfillment time is determined individually.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The finished Product is sent to the Client as a digital file (e.g., MP3, WAV) to the specified email address or via instant messenger.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a74.
